About Me.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the National University of Malaysia, focusing on human–elephant conflict management and wildlife–plastic interactions. I am deeply passionate about conservation social science, with a particular emphasis on the interactions, challenges, and conservation efforts associated with terrestrial mammals. My work explores the complex relationships between human societies and wildlife, striving to foster coexistence that benefits both wildlife and communities.

Alongside my passion for conservation social science, I am deeply committed to addressing the pressing issue of plastic pollution. Recognizing its threat to all life on Earth, I am dedicated to tackling plastic waste in protected areas and beyond.

My work lies at the intersection of wildlife conservation and plastic waste management, striving to create a safe place for all. Through this approach, I aim to contribute to the principles of One Health, fostering the well-being of humans, wildlife, and the environment.
